cear ring and tele ring

hi sa could you make a quest for clear rings and tele rings i know on the old elite you had numa hill and to get a clear ring and tele ring we had to colect relics could you do a quest like at made the same quest with numa hill but make it a 1000 relics for clear ring and 2000 for tele ring.
